世界最大规模的亚热带森林公园

张家界国家森林公园位于张家界市武陵源区，公园总面积4810公顷，是世界最大规模的亚热带森林公园。公园属于中亚热带气候区，高山峡谷，茂密的森林，使公园冬暖夏凉，年平均气温12.8℃。张家界国家森林公园内的植物大约可分为七大类，即油料植物、药用植物、纤维植物、芳香植物，及淀粉糖类植物、草鞣料植物、观赏植物等。仅木本植物这一项，就有93科，517种，比整个欧洲还多出一倍以上。

Zhangjiajie National Forest Park is located in Wulingyuan District, Zhangjiajie City, with a total area of 4,810 hectares. It is the largest subtropical forest park in the world. The park belongs to the mid-subtropical climate zone, with high mountains and valleys and dense forests, making the park warm in winter and cool in summer, with an annual average temperature of 12.8°C. The plants in Zhangjiajie National Forest Park can be roughly divided into seven categories, namely oil plants, medicinal plants, fiber plants, aromatic plants, starchy sugar plants, grass tanning plants, ornamental plants, etc. There are 93 families and 517 species of woody plants alone, which is more than double that of the whole of Europe.
